Application
For determining SHORE D hardness in accordance with DIN 53505, DIN EN ISO 868, ASTMD 2240, DIN ISO 7619. Application areas: acrylic glass, cellulose acetate, pressure rollers, hard plastic materials, hard rubber, polystyrene, Resopal, rigid thermoplastics, vinyl sheets. The hardness value is displayed in SHORE units. Minimum thickness of the material to be tested 6 mm.
