LOCTITE 638 is a high-strength, fast-curing retaining compound for universal use

Execution

For bonding cylindrical parts, in particular where bonding gaps of around 0.25 mm can occur.
The product cures in the absence of air between tight-fitting metal surfaces and prevents the connection working loose or prevents leakage resulting from impacts and vibration
It can be used on active metals as well as passive materials and achieves robust curing results.
The product offers high temperature resistance and excellent oil tolerance and can withstand low levels of surface contamination.
