Application
Ideal for light machining tasks such as milling or drilling - e.g. printed circuit boards or electronic components - or also engraving. It is thus also possible to securely clamp workpieces that are much smaller than the clamping surface of the vacuum plate. Workpieces no larger than a postage stamp can be cut out of larger material sections using milling techniques. Individual adaptation to part geometry ensures reliable clamping of almost all conceivable workpiece geometries.

Execution

• The narrowing of the cross section within the Venturi pipe creates a vacuum, which draws the air in
• Depending on the application, the clamping plate surfaces are equipped with slots. Rubber adapter mats or cover films are required for clamping workpieces that do not cover the entire plate surface
• Noise level of just 57 db (A)
• Vacuum generated by pneumatic vacuum ejector: max. vacuum approx. 5-6 bar. End vacuum of up to 87 % depending on conditions of use. Air consumption approx. 90 l/min
