Application
This chuck is used to clamp indexable insert solid drill bits that are fixed with two screws, similar to a surface chuck.

Execution
  • Alloyed case-hardening steel, core tensile strength at least 950 N/mm²
  • Case-hardened HRc 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardness depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm, black oxide finish
  • Taper angle tolerance quality < AT3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080
  • Max. concentricity < 0.005 mm

Delivery
1x HSK63 or HSK100 solid drill chuck (ISO 12164)

The previous standard DIN 69871 was superseded by ISO 12164.
