Application
For accommodating shell end mills and angular milling cutters with longitudinal groove in accordance with DIN 842.

Execution

• Alloyed case-hardening steel, core tensile strength at least 950 N/mm²
• Case-hardened HRc 60 ± 2 (HV 700 ± 50), hardness depth 0.8 mm ± 0.2 mm
• Taper angle tolerance quality < AT3 in accordance with DIN 7187 and DIN 2080
• Max. concentricity < 0.005 mm
• Functional surfaces precision-ground, all other surfaces black-oxide
• With Balluff chip hole

Delivery
1x SK40 or SK50 transverse drive shell end mill arbour (ISO 7388-1); with retaining screw

Notes
The previous standard DIN 69871-1 was superseded by ISO 7388-1.
